General information for poster authors

ePosters & Upload procedure

Accepted posters will be displayed and presented in ePoster format.

During the conference, your ePoster will be accessible on selected computer terminals in the ePoster area where participants can read your presentation.

All ePosters must be uploaded in advance. Please note that your ePoster cannot be uploaded onsite in Barcelona.

If you do not upload your ePoster before 3 April 2019, 23:59 CET, it will not be visible in the ePoster area in Barcelona. All material that you have uploaded can be edited or replaced until the deadline of 3 April 2019, 23:59 CET. After this date, no further alterations can be made. Any material attached to an e-mail cannot be processed.

In case you have not received any information e-mail containing your personalized upload account details on 14 March 2019, please send a short e-mail to euroelso@interplan.de at your earliest convenience.

Format for ePosters

Only material in the form of a PDF in DIN A0 portrait (= upright) format can be accepted. Hyperlinks, animated images, animations and animated slide transitions are not permitted for ePosters and will be non-functioning. A maximum of 1 slide is permitted per electronic poster.

Please do not include your original ePoster ID number in the ePoster as a new number has been assigned to your ePoster.

Poster Presentation

Moderated poster session on Thursday, 11 April 2019
Date and time: Thursday, 11 April 2019, 18:15 – 19:15

Reknown moderators will guide these sessions and discuss the posters with the audience and the poster author.
Please expect 3 – 5 minutes presentation and discussion per poster.

“Meet the poster author” session on Friday, 12 April 2019
Date and time: Friday, 12 April 2019, 12:00 – 13:00

Posters will not be formally moderated. However, authors are encouraged to be available for attendees and faculty who might want to pose questions.
